On November 16, 2013, the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Malaysia issued a final anti-dumping ruling on electroplated tin plates originating in China and South Korea, and ruled that from November 16, 2013 on tin plate products from China and South Korea, a five-year period was imposed. China’s anti-dumping duties, of which China’s anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case are 0-9.78%. The customs code of the product involved is 721012200.

In February 2013, Malaysia initiated an anti-dumping investigation on electroplated tin plates originating in China and South Korea.
